Sierra School of Performing Arts began with a vision to create a place that would give children, teens, and adults in northern Nevada the opportunity to perform and grow in their craft. About the show: 

Join us for a magical night of entertainment as we venture Into the Woods and explore this quirky mishmash of classic fairy tales, told with Broadway flair. Famous fairy tale characters from the Brothers Grimm step outside their traditional stories in this modern classic about wishes and their consequences. Music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine. Into the Woods features “some of Sondheim’s wittiest lyrics as well as achingly beautiful melodies” (The Hollywood Reporter, July 27, 2019). This will be a musical treat not to be missed.
