I love to travel! Vacation planning is one of my favorite pastimes. Many of us have had to cancel vacations due to the COVID-19 crisis. I was supposed to take a few trips… one to Las Vegas, another to Anaheim, CA, and a family reunion that was supposed to take place in Grass Valley, CA. This hasn’t stopped me from daydreaming, though. Have you been daydreaming of traveling too? I’ve put together a playlist of musical songs to help us daydream of traveling the world!

1.) “A Whole New World” – Aladdin

Alright, let’s hop on the magic carpet and take a trip around the world!

2.) “Buenos Aires” – Evita

First stop let the beat of Buenos Aires get those toes tapping!

3.) “Bonjour, Paris!” – Funny Face

A tour through Paris with Fred Astaire, Audrey Hepburn, and Kay Thompson sounds beau temps!

4.) “One Night In Bangkok” – Chess

Next stop, Bangkok!

5.) “Ireland” – Legally Blonde: The Musical

Just like Paulette, I too daydream about traveling to Ireland.

6.) “Barcelona” – Company

Whatcha thinking? Barcelona!

7.) “No Place Like London” – Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street

While we’re on the Sondheim boat, let’s take a trip to London.

8.) “Sal Tlay Ka Siti” – The Book of Mormon

Right on the next bus to paradise, Sal Tlay Ka Siti!

9.) “Meet Me In St. Louis” – Meet Me In St. Louis

Meet me in St. Louis, Louis!

10.) “A Summer In Ohio” – The Last Five Years

…it wouldn’t be as nice as a summer in Ohio!

11.) “New York, New York Theme” – New York, New York

If I can make it there, I can make it anywhere!

12.) “Santa Fe” – RENT

Do you know the way to Santa Fe?

13.) “Kansas City” – Oklahoma!

Everything’s like a dream in Kanas City!

14.) “Atlantic City” – Ragtime

Let’s runaway to Atlantic City! Let’s feel the wind in our hair!

15.) “Neverland” – Peter Pan

I know a place where dreams are born and time is never planned…
