Hi Parents!

Summer is almost here and school is almost over! If your kids are anything like mine, they are jumping for joy. You too might be breathing a bit easier. Homeschooling is hard work! I have soooo much more respect for our teachers now! It takes a truly gifted and remarkable person to be a teacher. “Here’s to you, Teachers! Cheers!”

In these still uncertain times, normal summer activities might look a little different and you might be saying to yourself, “Now What?” Take a look at this interesting article from NPR on the risk levels of some traditional summer activities.

Here at Reno Little Theater, the education group continues to work hard creating fun activities for your kiddos to stay engaged in the magic of theater from the safety of your own home. Next week I will be announcing some exciting news about new virtual theater classes! So please stay tuned for that and remember, theatre is imagining new possibilities together and then making them real. When young people create together, they can make the world a better place.

Porridgegate News

Our Broadway Our Way students’ virtual performance of “Porridgegate” will be aired on Friday, June 5th @ 7pm  Tickets for this one-time event are Pay-What-You-Can with a minimum of $5. We do hope you’ll help us support this amazing (and adaptable) cast of 23 students as they bring this wild and crazy fractured fairytale to life.
