Melissa Taylor: Melissa has been RLT’s chief executive officer since 2013. Check out her bio on the staff page for more professional credits. She loves all things theater and especially loves other people who love theater, too! Outside of her role at RLT, Melissa loves her three kids, her bearded partner-in-all-things, Italian food, black licorice, video games, horrible reality shows, and preparing for zombies by taking notes on everything Daryl does on The Walking Dead.
Chad Sweet worked professionally as an actor, director, and designer in theaters across the country and in Mexico for a decade before moving to Reno in 2004. After taking a hiatus to start a business and paint full time, he returned to theater in 2010 first acting then making the leap to Producing Artistic Director of Good Luck Macbeth for three years until landing at RLT. Some highlights of his career include FOLLIES at Paper Mill Playhouse (1998) working with Stephen Sondheim, Ann Miller, Jerry Mitchell, Donna McKechnie, and Tony Roberts among others; touring the U.S. with educational theater shows for over two years; and spending many beautiful summers at Cortland Repertory Theatre, The New London Barn Playhouse, and The New Harmony Playhouse. He currently serves on the Marketing Committee for the Reno Arts and Culture Commission.
Victoria Blanford is the Operations Manager of Reno Little Theater. Prior to coming on as a staff member, Victoria volunteered as a Stage Manager and crew member for several seasons. She doesn’t share food, but does share the following joke… she just thought of… right now: What did the Stage Manager say when her hands were full? HOLD PLEASE
Tiff Bream is the Assistant Technical Director of Reno Little Theater. Having served as the Production Stage Manager for GLM and RLT once upon a time, Tiff would like to know if that is your prop. It doesn’t look like your prop, you should put it down.
Victoria is the one with the mustache. Tiff is also the one with the mustache. Who is who? MYSTERY.
La Ronda Etheridge (aka Miss La la) has been an actor, director, and choreographer in Northern Nevada for over 20 years. She studied theatre at the University of Oregon and dance and fitness in Arizona. She began teaching children creative movement and dance with Teddy Bear Dancers in 2004. She then went on to teach theatre for children with Arts for All Nevada, Sierra Arts Foundation, and The Loft Dance Theater Arts. La Ronda has been the Education Coordinator for RLT since 2017. When she isn’t playing theater games with your kiddos, La Ronda enjoys hanging out with her own 2 teenagers and especially loves beating Sofie at Gin.
Lyric Burt is a local artist and social media director. He studied Theater Production at Portland State University’s College of the Arts School of Theatre & Film. He’s usually found with a camera in his hand taking photos and capturing video, or in a corner tweeting about the latest episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
