The mission of Reno Little Theater’s Education Program is to engage children in theatrical experiences that inspire, instruct, and immerse them in the magic of storytelling.
Camps
Reno Little Theater’s Camps are held in accordance with Washoe County School District’s balanced calendar breaks for students currently in Kindergarten-Sixth grade. Through our diverse curriculum children have the opportunity to experience traditional day camp activities with a theatrical flair!

Broadway Our Way
Children ages 10 to 17 attend classes in a 12 to 16-week intensive program that culminates in a full-scale production starring your child.

Classes & Workshops
RLT regularly offers classes and workshops with guest teaching artists throughout the year. Examples include: Creative Drama, Storytelling, Improv, and more!

Teenage creatives find their voice as they choose a current social justice topic and then write, develop, and star in a production based on the chosen subject matter.

Education Programming Refund Policy

Cancellation more than 4 weeks before a class/camp begins will result in a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee per class/camp.

Cancellation more than 2 weeks before a class/camp begins will result in a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee per class/camp.

Cancellation within 1-2 weeks of a class/camp beginning will result in a class/camp credit, minus a $50 cancellation fee per class/camp.

Cancellation 1 week or less before a class/camp begins will result in no refund or credit.

Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for students with illness or family emergencies.
